You really have to wonder if the Democrats are so fearful of a Fred Thompson run for the presidency that they’ll dredge up anything cast aspersions on him.

L.A. Times takes the highest award in this.

LA Times: Fred Thompson’s Racist Movie Role

Somewhat connected to Tom’s post below is this spectacularly silly Los Angeles Times article by Tina Daunt, “Will Fred Thompson’s racist role have political repercussions?”

Writes Daunt: “Thompson played a white supremacist, spewing anti-Semitic comments and fondling an autographed copy of ‘Mein Kampf’ on a television drama 19 years ago.”

Give me a break. I’m sorry, I had a post in mind but I’m laughing so hard, I can’t remember what I was going to say. However, one thing is clear, the leftwing nuts are skeered.

Earlier today I added a post with an extremely long draft of I called a declaration. Now as I type this, I’m switching back between this window and an article entitled: A Hissy Fit Over David Broder Column

Read it. It’s no wonder this country is in such trouble. With Senators acting like these, how much will we have to pay to replace their nannies? Their mothers obviously didn’t teach them very well.

What I’d like is for everyone who visits here to suggest changes, correct mistakes, or add what you think is necessary to work on a total document. I have in mind a petition to be sent to every Congressperson and Senator in Capitol Hill with enough signatures to … hopefully… make a difference. A document that can be shared across sites and in print. I have a working pdf document which can be printed out once this is agreed to and finalized.

The rough draft will be shown at the continue reading link. Let me know what you think.
