Obama and Congress want to completely overhaul the health system for a government takeover, while at the same time claiming that Medicare/Medicaid is broke, and rejecting anything short of a government takeover. They can’t manage anything they’ve done so far without requiring ever more cash to throw into the government created fire.

TennCare was Tennessee’s solution in the same vein. It went broke… so broke that it swallowed a budget surplus and gaped for more which resulted in people being kicked off and the rest rationed.

The rationale used is: The insurance companies do it, too. Not much of a rationale because you can choose not to pay money to an insurance company and take that money and put it into a HSA (Health Savings Account) instead. With the government you won’t have a choice and you’ll still be rationed.

And look at some of the things government has done, from the state level up. How many insurance companies can you choose from in your state?

And ask yourself the simple questions such as: If it’s so good why are unions and government employees excepted?

And finally, no matter how much money you have to spend on saving your life in the end, it won’t be enough because you will eventually die. Money didn’t help Ted Kennedy or anyone else with the resources he had when their number is up.

You can choose what seems to be the easy path, a supposed free ride on the government. It’s only taxes after all and you won’t miss them… much. It’s a slow bleed, right? No one can stop you if that’s what you really want. However, what happens when the ride costs more than you were told it would cost? A slow bleed can weaken you before the next blow ends it all.

Yup, “The sycophants are those who keep making excuses for a guy who can’t do anything but talk; who thinks all he has to do is say something end everybody will be falling all over themselves to do it for him.” ..describes Mr. Beck.

Really? How about some examples?

I can, and have given, give you examples of Obama doing nothing but talking. Instead of working on issues, when the polls start sliding he goes on the campaign trail to talk to people while somebody else writes a bill he doesn’t read but claims must be passed immediately to avert a crisis. There are only so many times people will listen to the cry of crisis… well… except for the most gullible. Shall I include you in that category?

Bruce, I just came back from a family visit wherein I found out I was a whole lot more Cherokee than I knew. Keep playing the race card. When everything falls apart, it’s not going to be white against black or against any other race. It’s going to be a fight for freedom. If you want reparations why don’t you start by looking in the mirror and look to see what you can do for yourself instead of looking to everybody else for acceptance?

Obama doesn’t care about you and what he’s doing isn’t about race. It’s about control. He and the other Democrats already control you, though. You never left their plantation. What do you think this is all about? Think about it. We have all these Democrats willing to take from everyone else to support them in the style to which they’ve become accustomed and you’re a willing slave for them to exploit. That’s not what government should be about. We have lived through feudalism before with others deciding for their subjects. I’m not inclined to live it in this time.

As for the speech, it wasn’t about the speech but the direction given for after the speech. The education system is not a place for that kind of crap. If he wants to indoctrinate he can do it on his own time and his own money, not ours.

Eighty-six years ago, Hitler attempted to arouse the anger of his fellow Germans by spouting half truths and utter nonsense – exactly what Glenn Beck is doing in 2009. So much of the insane dialogue that has been spewed forth at these Town Hall meetings across the country in recent weeks might have been lifted straight from a transcript of Beck’s program.

So, what you’re saying here is that you don’t believe the evidence of your own eyes and ears. Video after video has been shown with both pictures and words but, of course, it’s not true. Never in a million years in spite of the evidence, right?

The problem for you is: We told you this was going to happen. You and others like you made excuses; said he didn’t mean it like that. Wanted the rest of us to follow along because he would be a “post-racial president.” He isn’t a post- anything. His administration is less diverse than that of that president you hate so much.

Some of you are dumb enough to keep trying to make excuses and some of you are just plain dumb enough to believe whatever you’re told as long as you can keep dragging everyone else down into the misery pit with you. Which one are you?
