People oughta realize by now that if you beg a newspaper not to print a story it's a surefire way of insuring they do.

I'm not frustrated anymore, BB. Government can do what it wants to do but that won't change conservatism because conservatism is not a political party. It's a way of life. The Republican party once appealed to conservatives because of their stances on limited government interference. They lost that appeal with a series of successively worse party nominees.

My purpose with the McCain articles is: If you know what a man's done and how he projects what he's done, you can be better prepared for what he's going to do in the future. Republicans thought they could control G.W. big government solutions and domestic policies and they failed abyssmally. How,they expect us to believe they can rein in the "Maverick" is beyond me when they couldn't control a "compassionate" conservative like G.W.

Forwarned is forearmed. I can minimize the damage to my family's and my lives if I keep reminding myself what we're in for.

Thank you for again pointing out the "issue" with McCain.

I believe the man has lost himself in the "grey".

Where was McCain during the last 7 years, I would love to know. The few good things he did (say vote against the tax cut or against torture) he seemed to have backtracked on...
