BB, here is where it started:

http://corner.nationalreview.com/post/?q=Mjk1NDAxMWZjNDhhODI2Mjc5Nzk1MWMzNWIyYTI0NjY=

Not once, but twice, they subjected those marines to that treatment.

Michelle Malkin just picked up on it like everyone else and has kept up with updates where everybody else read the initial postings and moved on to something else. She does get a bit intense in her reporting but then so do a lot of other reporters and I've yet to see a lie. If something is inaccurate, she updates with corrections right on the post, not buried on page 10 or something.

More confusion. See http://www.insidebayarea.com/argus/localnews/ci_7063381 for more detail. As I understand it, the TSA (those loveable cretins that frisk old ladies at the concourse) heard there was an 'incoming flight with weapons'. Other than a rallying point for Malkin's sycophants, there is no more to the story. As far as the place shutting down for military flights, I can find nothing. But, if there is, I join you in disgust at such
treatment for our fighting men.
