Personality test
For good or ill, it’s pretty well on the money.
Have a go, yourself: Personality DNA
I wonder what results our elected and candidate politicians would have.

Tested out as ‘considerate analyst’, whatever THAT is.

I Tested out as Dynamic Analyst
You are an Dynamic Analyst
Your attention to detail, confidence, sense of order, and focus on functionality combine to make you an ANALYST.
You are very curious about how things work, delving into the mechanics behind things.
Along those lines, how well something works is usually more important to you than what it looks like.
You find beauty and wonder mainly in concrete, functional, earthly things.
You are very aware of your own abilities, and you believe that you will find the best way of doing things.
Accordingly, problems do not intimidate you, as you believe in yourself.
You trust yourself to find solutions within the boundaries of your knowledge.
You don’t spend a lot of time imagining how things could be different—you’re well-grounded in the here-and-now.
It is important for you to follow a routine, and you prefer the familiar to the unknown.
You do your own thing when it comes to clothing, guided more by practical concerns than by other people’s notions of style.
Generally, you believe that you control your life, and that external forces only play a limited role in determining what happens to you.

Hey Steph,
What is Cautious Leader mean? Some one who can’t make up their mind?
LOL
September 4th, 2007 at 9:11 am
Hey Steph,
While were on the topic of Cautious Leader, one of your links has a bad error in fact it’s an Error 404 page not found.
LOL
It’s from the link labeled The Thinker wanna know what the problem is? You have the link set up as http://hillbillypolitics.com/onemorecup.wordpress.com and that is too many .com’s in there LOL
the link should actually be http://onemorecup.wordpress.com

Phil, I wish I had copied over the descriptors like you did but I thought the link underneath took people to that spot where the results are displayed and I was wrong.
Mine included a lot of the descriptors similar to yours but there were some key differences. One of the bigger ones was: while I pay attention to the details I don’t lose sight of the big picture.
Another difference was on the creativity levels whereas while I rely on my knowledge I’m not averse to looking for creative solutions combined with I reason problems out slowly (that attention to details) using logic with a dash of emotion. Logic has the greater weight in decision making but I don’t ignore the emotional factor.
Plus, not following a routine doesn’t bother me much for the right reasons, I prefer to leave room for the unexpected.
In addition to those, there was also the shyness factor. I’m not sure how it came up with that title Cautious Leader but the descriptors for it were pretty accurate to my personality.

Phil is that in a post or in the blogroll because I don’t remember it.

Never mind, Phil. I found it. I can’t fix it from here. That’s a script from CAII so I’ll see if I can contact someone to fix it. It also has hillbilly politics listed twice and I’m not sure why.
September 4th, 2007 at 3:30 pm
While I realize that I do rely mostly on Logic, I use a small amount of emotion to argue with my logical self to come to the final determination on my stances when it comes to political issues.
It’s just nothing more than a broader version of deductive reasoning.

Steph,
Phil, I wish I had copied over the descriptors like you did
Didn’t you set up an account so that you could review your settings and save the code at the end?
If you did both of those then you can re-bring it back up again, other wise you would have to re-take the test over again and that is why I had saved the code and setup an account there to retrieve that info any time.
Just Logical Steph.

Well I am glad that you found out the issue with the link, but it didn’t take me long to see what was wrong, I figured that out with ease because there is no where on the internet where they use dot com twice like that.
September 4th, 2007 at 5:23 pm
Phil, I didn’t because they wanted some information that I didn’t care to give them.
The issue with the link must on be on the script side because I noticed Christi’s does the same thing with the same link and I’m also on the list twice on hers and mine. I’ve contacted CAII about it… they get busy so it might take some time to fix. If it had been something I’d done, like in a post… well… those would have been something I can fix. It will depend on how those links get added but I’m sure they’ll figure out a way.

Steph,
What information did they want you to give out, when I signed up all they asked me was for a and I say “A” Username and Password for which I made up and my email address which was optional, don’t tell me that you are afraid to pass out your email address to others, I have yet to have received an email from them and even if I did it’s not that big of deal. Other than that it’s not like they were going to send the FBI out after me for anything.
Hi Steph,
Well I am glad that you contacted CAII to get them on that, well see just how willing they are to oblige.
It doesn’t matter how busy they are, if they are too busy to help someone who like Christi took it upon themselves
to join up with CAII but can’t seem to get around to help fix that for you well I would have to say then that they
don’t take their loyalty towards those who have Joined up very well. I am very cautious about who I join up with and
I have climbed all over some before who didn’t do their Job in taking care of business. When I climb on some one for being lapsed and not doing the Job, believe me they know that they have been climbed on.

Phil, yes, I am afraid to give out my email to unknown sites which makes it hard to find their privacy statements. Case in point is I once signed up for subscriptions to EWeek. The subscription has long since lapsed and I’m still trying to get rid of all the email spam they send me… stuff I specified I didn’t want to receive in the first place. It seems like the more I try to unsubscribe, the more spam I get. Just because I work from home doesn’t mean I have hours to spare cleaning spam out of my email box.
September 5th, 2007 at 3:29 pm
Hi Steph,
Well like I had mentioned the letting them know about your email was optional it wasn’t mandatory.
Also do you use Outlook Express? You can setup email filters to auto block specific email right from the server so it’s not like having to deal with spam each day. I use Outlook Express and I get Zilch as for spam in my email.
It’s just a matter of setting up the filters to filter out spam the correct way.

Hi Steph,
Republicans retreat from their history?
Actually pre Vietnam war or just as the start of the Vietnam war the Republicans were not for going over seas to fight the wars, during the WWII against Germany and Japan the Democrats used to be stronger on defense then the Republicans.
The Republicans back in that time frame were much more like the Ron Pauls of today. Just research George McGovern back in the early 60’s. It really wasn’t until late Vietnam war that the role reversal took place when the Democrats were weak on defense and the Republicans became strong on defense.
