I guess she didn’t learn from history. They tried something like that with alcohol (18th Amendment, 1920s) and all it did was create fertile ground for illegal activities and sales. Some people just never learn. While she’s at it, why doesn’t she just ban the growth of tobacco altogether and put some poor tobacco farmers [...]
