Debbie, we have to keep trying until there’s nothing left to try. That flag is easy to fax or email embedded so maybe, if there are enough sounding off on it, it will wake up some in Congress… either way, we have to keep trying, right?

Steph, the flag is great … I updated my post with a link to your flag. I’ve been making calls all morning and I’m going to keep calling. You can hear all of the clerks in the background fielding other calls and I can’t get through to a lot of them – it keeps saying that all circuits are busy. lol

I just got off the phone with our congressman.. and believe me..(I am in TN also)… they listened… especially after I mentioned the mexican flag… I also told them that if they voted for this bill that they represented Mexico City…
Not the U.S.A
It gets their attention.

The flag is a good idea, but if all the “shoes” that were sent to them in the “Hold Their Feet To The Fire” effort didn’t work; and if all the “bricks” that were mailed to them in the “Build the Wall/Fence” effort didn’t work, I don’t think they are afraid of a flag in the mail. I’m in Tennessee also. We can’t even get the police in my area to question illegals. And they KNOW who they are, where they live, but their superiors won’t let them question them. If they question them, then they have to arrest them, call ICE, I guess it’s just too much work. *spit*

Perhaps our (hillbilly) Southern hospitality has gone way too far.

I will tell you what to do.. I just phoned my congressman here in TN.. and told them that if they voted in favour of this bill I would be forced to send them the Mexican Flag.. when they realized I was not joking.. they paid attention to my words..
Just thought you would like to know.. it got their attention.
